| The standard
2 celled rhombox
(above centre right in decorated form and below centre left in plain form)
is based on an original rescue kite used by the RAF and is very stable in
a wide range of winds. It is 1m tall by 1.15m wide and flies on 50lb line.
It has been used in an attempt on the British altitude record in train
with other sizes. The flame
rhombox (above right)
is another decorative version of the original kite. We also make a triple
celled rhombox (above
centre left) which is 1.5m tall by 1.15m wide. The interference
box (below left) is an
eight celled variation. This too is 1.5m tall by 1.15m wide and is flown
on 80lb line. When built with all the cells the same colour it gives a
striking interference pattern in the sky as it moves. The rainbow version
shown also looks stunning. A double
rhombox in both plain
form (above left) and one off appliqued versions (below right) are also
made. Many different colourways are available across the rhombox range and
1.5m, 2m and 3m rhomboxes have also been made, All can be appliqued to
great effect in many interesting designs. STOP PRESS. We have now built
